I have been working in Real Estate for over 30 years.  Since moving to Southbury in 1997, I worked  with David Nyman Realtors for 12 years which was sold to Century 21 in 2006 and then again to Coldwell Banker in 2013.
Over the 37 years in real estate I have been with three agencies before coming to Southbury.  Each stop, has helped me to progress forward in a positive manner. I broke in the business with Century 21, in Winsted CT in 1983 and there, received excellent training in the nuts and bolts of Real Estate, financing and eventually management. 
I later moved to a Coldwell Banker Franchise in Torrington CT, and again was exposed to more avenues
of this business, such as; commercial real estate, land development, and computer technology. I was one of the key
ingredients of an award winning office for production, statewide within the Coldwell Banker Franchise. While working at David
Nyman Realtors in Southbury Ct,, I learned about marketing New Construction.  Southbury experienced a tremendous growth  in the 90's and the early 2000's.    David   Nyman   Realtors  was  a  big  part of that expansion.
